Annual plans are billed upfront and include a monthly SMS credit allowance. Credits reset each month and may not be exchanged for cash or refunded. Additional SMS credits may be purchased à la carte at any time and never expire. Longer messages, Unicode, emoji, and MMS may use additional credits. A one-time $75 TCR submission fee and $4 brand registration fee apply per campaign on monthly plans; the $75 submission fee is waived for annual subscribers. An ongoing $10/month per-campaign carrier fee applies to all plans. Number rental, carrier surcharges, government taxes (including USF), and state/local telecom taxes are billed as pass-throughs and vary by jurisdiction. All regulatory and carrier fees are non-refundable once provisioned.

Carrier & Registry Fees
Waived on annual plans. Required for all 10DLC US campaigns. Non-refundable.

One-time TCR brand registration fee. Required before campaign registration.
Required to send at scale on toll-free numbers. Processing time 2–4 weeks.
